hello. 

I'm Shay.

I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant and Meditation Teacher. But more importantly, I am here to help you change your relationship with food and with yourself. 

I want to help you achieve a sense of lightness in your life. In your physical body, in your mind, and in spirit. I am a meditator, an aspiring yogi, and am in love with travel and adventure... with getting lost and being awed by nature, by people and their stories, and with connecting to the incredible lightness that is me (it's in you too).

I have my Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant designation, and a degree in Nutrition and Food Science. I've worked in the field of Nutrition and Health research in a variety of roles since getting my degree in 2013, so I'm well positioned to help you navigate the endlessly complex world of nutrition. 

I will be the first to admit that I'm far from perfect. But throughout my own journey, I've picked up some seriously life-changing practices on how to nourish your body, mind and soul that I would love to share with you.
