Why 1:1 coaching?

I help busy people change their life using a tailored approach and the tools of compassion, motivation, education and skill-building. My goal is to give you the knowledge and tools you need to live a healthier, happier life on your own - so eventually you don't need me. 

A Holistic Approach

As a Holistic Nutrition Consultant and Meditation and Mindfulness Coach, I focus on working with clients to optimize mental and physical health through diet, mindfulness and meditation, and positive lifestyle changes. When working 1:1 with clients, I assess the whole person: emotions, stress and stress management, environment, nutrition and daily habits, to restore vitality

On-Going Support and Accountability

I believe conventional medicine has it's place but I also believe that on-going support and accountability are game-changers when it comes to improving your health and live a lighter life, in body and mind. 

Outside of regularly scheduled sessions, my clients have access to me via email or text, because life happens and being able to deal with things as they come up dramatically increase your chances of success. I am here to hold space for you in a way that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. 

Your plan is 100% personalized to your needs, goals, and lifestyle. No ONE diet or wellness plan will work for everyone. As we work together, we will continuously set and re-set goals that work for you and when needed, shift our focus based on what's coming up in the moment.

Live Lighter 1:1 Meditation and Mindfulness Coaching Package

Meditation and mindfulness are incredible tools when dealing with stress, burnout, and anxiety. More than that, they are brilliant at facilitating a deeper knowledge of and connection to oneself, improved relationships with others, increased concentration, focus, and creativity.

These practices can bring more calm, ease and joy to your life - promoting the cultivation of skills that are essential in living a happy, healthy life: awareness, resilience to stress, and nurturing joy. There are also numerous physical benefits to developing a meditation an mindfulness practice. It can improve your relationship with food, digestion in general, and stress-related physical symptoms: headaches, indigestion, fatigue, muscle tension or pain, even boosting the immune system.

Do you have a burning desire to live a life that feels ‘lighter’ and more joyful but have no idea where to start?

1:1 meditation and mindfulness coaching is perfect if you don’t know where to begin, have tried meditation before but felt like you were doing it wrong or were ‘bad’ at it, it just didn’t seem to stick, or if you’ve come up against difficulties and are looking to dive deeper with your practice.

During coaching sessions we’ll cover the basics of meditation and mindfulness, I’ll be there to hold you accountable, and you’ll have access to on-going guidance and support for when you encounter difficulties or have questions. Unlike traditional relationships with health-care practitioners, this style of coaching allows you to access support outside of regularly scheduled appointments so you can shift things in the moment.

Basic Consultation

A Basic Consultation starts with an assessment of diet, lifestyle and symptoms and a 60-90 minute consultation to determine your nutrition and wellness goals, needs, and preferences. A personalized action plan with diet, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, notes from the consultation, and any relevant resources are then emailed to you following your consultation.

Investment | $150

Custom 7-Day Meal Plan

A customized 7-day meal plan is developed just for YOU. When building your meal plan, I take into consideration your goals, nutritional needs, comfort in the kitchen, what you like and don’t like so much, and lifestyle.

The meal plan includes a grocery list and all recipes in the meal plan to make your life a little easier!

Add a 30 minute consultation ($75 value) for only $30. During the consultation, we will discuss specific recommendations to help you achieve your nutrition goals and to help clear up any confusion you may have when it comes to nutrition and wellness.

Investment | $150

Follow-up Sessions

30-minute follow up appointment where we assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition and wellness program. You will receive notes from the session, and any relevant resources and information following your consultation.

Investment | $75 each | 3 session package $200 (save $25) | 5 session package $325 (save $50)

The 1-month package provides a total body reset that is tailored specifically for your needs and health goals. We start with an assessment and then use the results and initial consult to develop a program that targets your specific needs and goals. Working together over several weeks will ensure you see real results.

Whether you want to lose weight, increase energy, improve digestion, or just live a healthier, happier life, I can help you get there.

The 1-month package includes:

  • an assessment to identify any body systems that are out of balance

  • initial 60-90 minute consultation

  • 2 x bi-weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • 7-day meal plans with grocery list and recipes

  • weekly email check-ins and on-going access to Shay via email or text when needed

  • meditation and mindfulness coaching

  • nutrition and wellness resources

Investment | $390



3 Month Package

This package is perfect if you are looking to make real change that lasts. Working together for the long-haul will ensure you see the results you signed up for and help you establish healthy habits for life. Throughout the 3 months we work together, I am there as your support and for accountability every step of the way! You have access to me via text or email 7-days a week.

I help clients change their relationship with food using the principles of mindful eating, intuitive eating (no counting calories or macros and no restrictive eating rules), a whole-foods model, and by customizing each program to fit your goals, needs, budget, and lifestyle. No cookie-cutter plans in site.  

As a meditation and mindfulness coach, I can also provide support when it comes to your mental and spiritual well-being. If it fits for you, meditation and mindfulness coaching will also be incorporated into your program and sessions.

The 3-month package includes:

  • an assessment to identify any body systems that are out of balance

  • initial 60-90 minute consultation

  • bi-weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions

  • 2 x 7-day meal plans with grocery list and recipes

  • weekly email or text support and on-going access to support when needed

  • meditation and mindfulness coaching

Investment | Monthly payments: $350/month | Paid in full: $950 (save $100)

 

6 Month Package

This package is serious about changing their life. Throughout the 6 months we work together, I am there for support and for accountability every step of the way! You have access to me via text or email 7-days a week. Signing up for a long-term program will allow us to go deep and ensure you see the results you signed up for and help you establish healthy habits for life.
